The work
ASAJ Solutions connects job seekers with employers across India and selected international markets, principally the UAE. Two-sided platforms have to serve two audiences with opposite goals without either feeling like an afterthought.
Candidates get filterable job search by location and category, profile creation, resume submission and job alerts. Employers get listing management, featured postings and candidate shortlisting.
The build includes separate registration paths so each side lands in the right onboarding flow from the first click.
