The work
Hedge Homes helps buyers and investors find residential and commercial property across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and the wider Delhi-NCR region. Its pitch is aimed squarely at the biggest friction in Indian property buying: brokerage fees.
The site is organised around how buyers actually browse — luxury properties, most-searched listings and new launches up front, with RERA-approved and under-construction projects clearly flagged, since both change the buying decision.
Financial tools sit alongside the listings rather than on a separate page: a home-loan eligibility calculator and EMI resources, so a first-time buyer can check affordability in the same session they shortlist a property. Builder partners, testimonials and a market-insights blog carry the trust.
