Shipturtle — WordPress to Webflow Redesign
A full replatform of a multi-vendor marketplace SaaS site — from a heavy WordPress build to a fast, editorially flexible Webflow system designed in Figma.
The work
Shipturtle powers multi-vendor marketplaces, and their old WordPress site had grown into a plugin-heavy build that was slow to load and slower to update. The brief: a modern marketing site the team could edit themselves, without waiting on a developer for every copy change.
I designed the full system in Figma first — type scale, spacing rhythm, component states and responsive rules — then rebuilt it in Webflow as a proper CMS-driven site rather than a stack of one-off pages.
The result is a marketing surface where the product, integrations and resources sections all run off structured CMS collections, so the team ships new pages in minutes instead of sprints.
